Switching Gears Experience - From Highways to Hidden Trails

Use all of your senses and discover the healing nature of the marsh at Presqu'ile Provincial Park. Take a moment away from the traffic, noise, and everyday stresses to create your own journey and experience all that the wetlands have to offer. Tap into a new sense of calm. These are the small moments of joy that gave your host, Jennifer Letz, the power to start her own healing journey, using nature and community to find the calm again. Journal your findings and share a picnic while she discusses the treasures that Brighton has to offer you.

Meet your host at the campfire. Share stories and set yourself up for a calm, yet joyful walk through natures canvas. Hear her story as a retired truck driver looking for the calm in her healing journey. Share with other guests in an experience that highlights our connection with the beautifully lush and vibrant nature around you as you pass through the diverse areas of The Marsh Boardwalk trail. Take a moment to relax during the casual picnic catered locally while you record your own experience in the handcrafted journal provided. Can you hear the quiet?
